Bunli is a mobile application that provides gamified AI-powered calorie and nutrition tracking. Features include:

• AI meal recognition from photos
• Automatic calorie and macro estimation
• Daily logs, streaks, and progress tracking
• XP, levels, and quests built around your meal habits
• A 3D bunny pal that grows alongside you

User Accounts

Some features of Bunli require an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that violates any laws or rights of others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Bunli, including meal photos and logs. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide our services
• Send your meal photos to AI services for nutrition analysis
• Create backups for data protection purposes

We will never share your personal meal content with other users or use it for advertising purposes.

AI-Generated Content

Bunli uses artificial intelligence to identify foods and estimate nutrition. You acknowledge that:

• Calorie and macro estimates are approximate and intended as a tracking aid, not as medical or dietetic advice
• AI outputs may sometimes be inaccurate, particularly for portion size or unusual dishes
• You should consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian for medical or nutritional decisions
• Bunli is not intended for users with serious eating disorders or for managing clinical conditions

Subscriptions and Payments

Bunli may offer subscription plans with additional features. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies
• Prices may change with notice

Intellectual Property

The Bunli app, including its design, features, bunny artwork, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Bunli and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Disclaimers

Bunli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI nutrition estimates will be accurate
• The service will meet your specific health or fitness requirements

Limitation of Liability

Termination
